We do not compromise.

Quality control of our products ensues in the flow of production, solely by qualified personnel according to the principles of DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. The testing is supervised by the notified body (RWTÜV) or other inspection agencies.

Amongst the most important approvals and certifications are:
DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance certificate
ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessels Code approval
Approvals of various classification agencies (shipbuilding)
Manufacturer's Licence of Special Equipment People´s Republic of China for stationary pressure vessels
Our products are certified to directive 1999/36/EC (TPED) and
directive 97/23/EC (PED).

Non-destructive tests such as ultrasonic test (UT), magnetic powder test (MT) or dye penetrant test (PT) are conducted by personnel certified to EN 473.

The tests conducted include:
Visual control of the internal and external surfaces
Magnetic powder, respectively dye penetrant test, of the surfaces of valve connections and bores
Magnetic powder test of the external vessel surface after heat treatment
Ultrasonic test for longitudinal and transverse flaws, laminations and wall thickness, encompassing all valid standards
Pressure tests including water jacket test
Leakage tests with helium-air mixture up to 300 bar
Burst tests
