Seamless industrial and medical gas cylinders
Range of application
Our diverse gas cylinder range is used in many varying sectors throughout the world. As an example the following target groups and areas of application are listed:
- Industrial gas producers of CO2, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen, oxygen, etc.
– Fire prevention using gas-fire extinguishing systems with CO2- or inert gas

Volumes and maximum pressure
We produce our standard cylinders with volumes from >20 to 83 litres .The cylinders have a working pressure of 200 or 300 bar (test pressure 300 or 450 bar).

Connections
In line with specific customer requirements we produce cylinders with a multitude of differing connections according to corresponding international standards. The cylinders can be supplied with galvanised collars and caps. They may optionally be supplied without accessories. The cylinders can of course be fitted with various valves.

Production and quality assurance
Seamless pressure vessels and cylinders are subject to stringent safety regulations in all countries. The resulting high degree of technical requirements for the production of such pressure vessels necessitate a quality assurance system that monitors every individual production stage and documents the test results. MCS International GmbH has optimal production conditions and a complete quality assurance system

Marking
Identification possibilities in the form of a permanent, clearly visible and accessible marking belongs to the technical safety-relevant requirements. The marking contains the most important cylinder data along with an individual production number. Apart from the markings required by the design standard, additional data can be marked at the customer's request.
